This project aimed to create a premium, user-centric translation experience with clear information architecture, intuitive navigation, and accessible content.
Overview
Editage, a trusted partner for researchers, offers AI/Expert translation services for non-native English academic users. With growing interest from both academic and non-academic users, there was a significant need to create a general translation service page which can provide AI driven technology driven with human expertise to serve a wider audience. Through user research and heuristic evaluation, I identified key UX pain points and designed the flow aiming to reduce cognitive load, build trust, and drive higher engagement and conversions.
